Bookings and Confirmations: All appointments must be made through our online booking system or via WhatsApp. A booking is considered confirmed once you receive an email confirmation from Japanese Head Spa with the complete booking details. 2. Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid charges. If a cancellation is necessary, the option to reschedule the appointment for a new date will be offered. 3. Payment and Late Cancellation Policy: If the appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, 100% of the service fee will be charged. A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is made by the company. 4. Vouchers and Validity: Purchased vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers will not be accepted and are non-refundable and non-transferable. 5. Punctual Arrival: We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment time to make the most of your experience. 6. Modifications and Adjustments: Japanese Head Spa reserves the right to make changes to bookings in exceptional cases, notifying the client as early as possible. 7.
